Named after my dad’s father, Verl, and my mom’s step-dad Ralph “Red” “Kit” Carson,
Graduated from Dufur, Oregon high school in 1981, spent the following ten summers commercial fishing in Alaska. Did commercial welding on giant cranes.
After completing rehab from the 1992 car accident which left me paralyzed from the upper chest down, I attended jewelry school in Portland two years then moved to Quincy, Illinois to study gemology and graduated with degree. Also specialized in hand engraving, jewelry design. Moved to Stead, Nevada for further study. Have lived in Hillsboro, OR over ten years.
Thank you for visiting. Feel free to ask questions, add comments, suggest topics, share your muscle car story, or just enjoy the site my mom is creating for my birthday and in celebration of the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I still can’t believe it’s real sometimes.
